Innovation and Design Thinking–more than a couple of buzz words in my world, they are practiced disciplines that I am deeply passionate about.
Design Thinking challenges existing mindsets, business models and orthodoxy in order to encourage the discovery of unexplored market spaces. I work closely with my partners to design and facilitate workshops, immersive experiences and other engagements that accelerate innovation and lead to portfolio growth.
Facilitated Design Thinking can solve complex, multifaceted, systemic problems and challenges in a variety of organizations; Large and small businesses, startups, nonprofits and municipal entities. With the skills gained from the NewNorth Center and application in my professional career, I am excited to share those principles, mindsets, processes and tools of human-centered design and how to apply them in your context.

I have a Problem Framing heart and a Maker’s Mindset. I believe in visualizing Design Strategy in order to facilitate decision making. Whether it is a rapid prototype or strategic story–showing AND telling what it could be will help deliver what it will be.
